Castino is a Partner with the firm working in the Nassau office. Castino obtained his law degree from the University of Buckingham where he graduated with an LLB (Hons) with a minor in Business Finance. He completed his Bar School training at the Eugene Dupuch Law School in Nassau, Bahamas. Thereafter, he was called to the Bar of the Commonwealth of The Bahamas in October of 2006.

  • Acting in the winding up of a Bahamas-based collective investment scheme involving investments in multiple jurisdictions
  • Advising a leading financial institution on cross-border jurisdictional issues in a secured lending transaction
  • Advising a global banking institution concerning corporate governance and regulatory issues in respect of its local subsidiary
  • Acting for a luxury cruise vessel developer with headquarters in The Bahamas
