NAFER 2020 International Offshore Conference
Sophia Rolle-Kapousouzoglou will be speaking at the upcoming NAFER 2020 International Offshore Conference, taking place 4 – 5 March 2020 in Miami, USA.
The conference focuses on offshore receivership and insolvency matters. Sophia will be a panelist in the session: “What’s New for Receivers Around the World?” (5 March 2020, 8.50am – 9:50am)
This panel, comprised of both foreign and domestic professionals, will focus on new developments in statutory and case law that impacts US receivers as they deal with actions and assets abroad. The session is designed to communicate the most important new developments in the field around the world including Brexit, China and much more.
