AIJA Conference: Trusts and Continental Law
Partner, Sophia Rolle-Kapousouzoglou, spoke at this year’s AIJA -International Association of Young Lawyers which took place in Geneva 14-16 November, 2019.
The seminar focused mainly on trusts and their compatibly with continental legal systems.
The programme addressed a wide range of topics across many fields of law, including trust structures, related tax rulings and issues, real estate matters and trust litigation, among others.
Sophia’s panel focused on offshore trusts.
