Saunders v Vautier – 180 years after
Consultant Dr. David Hayton and Partner Sophia Rolle-Kapousouzoglou will be speaking at UniForma Consortium’s upcoming Trust Law Seminar: ‘Saunders v Vautier – 180 years after’, taking place virtually on 1 June 2021.
The panel will comprise of experts in trust law from various jurisdictions including Italy, the USA, Guernsey and The Bahamas.
David Hayton will Chair the Seminar and speak on the topic ‘Saunders v Vautier revisted’, and Sophia Rolle-Kapousouzoglou will speak on the topic ‘Saunders v Vautier Position in The Bahamas’.
